We met with him about a basic will. He took all the information but then never got back to us, never returned our emails or phone calls. He’s a strange man. Don’t recommend him or his office.

David did not do a proper search on my property and assured me that everything was in order so had me sign the final sales agreement.He ended up not even telling me the deal was not going to go thru as planned until I called him to find out where I was picking up the keys. It was only then he told me there was a "bit of a hiccup" with the final sale. Ended up not getting a driveway with my property so after another year and charging me about $2,000 dollars on top of the regular real estate fees I had already paid him I finally got the property that I had put an offer on. Very poor research and then the nerve to charge me more ! He didn't know how to work with the city for permits etc. Very disappointing.
