I did not learn of my beloved relative's death until nearly a month afterwards and not from Ms. Roden. Ms. Roden had my contact information for almost two weeks BEFORE my relative's death. I have pieced together my relative's last days with no help from Ms. Roden. So much for her compassion. Also, if Ms. Roden doesn't feel like answering questions, she didn't in my case. She hired another attorney to do that for her and charged my relative's estate for that on top of her percentage. She never met her self-imposed deadline and then blames my attorney for not returning her phone calls. My attorney's many requests for information were concise and written. Ms. Roden's responding letter gave herself over a month to answer and still did not. To add to my loss, I have paid thousands of dollars in legal fees due to Ms. Roden's unresponsiveness In my opinion, for me, Ms. Roden has turned a sad situation into devastation. This is the truth and I can prove all I have stated.
