I've never witnessed such a lack of competence or expertise from an organization ever. Prowse Chowne made so many mistakes it's almost hard to believe. Prowse Chowne never updated our articles of incorporation after we received an external investment and altered our share classes - so technically no one in the company held shares for quite some time.
Even worse, they took payment for their services without authorization, even when the funds were held in trust. The partner at the firm tried to cover up what happened but it was just a non-sense explanation. In addition to all of this, the clerical errors on the documents they supplied us was unbelievable - they had other clients personal information littered throughout.
After these issues we switched law firms. When the new firm saw their work they strongly encouraged us to ask for a full refund. When we asked for it, the same partner mentioned above came back with yet another non-sense answer to cover up of their poor quality wo

Terrible lawyer! Cam Prowse has a lack of interest in doing any legal work himself. He charges a lot of money and does not deliver any value for his very high rates.
