At first it was a pleasure working along side Christian Vernon, however, there were times when he should have kept comments to himself. Personal attacks like telling me I had issues though not giving examples was not appreciated. Christian has his strong points w research & publications & no one lawyer, in my opinion, can do it all. He lacked respect & often would say "I told you so" when in fact he did not. In matters he handled for me he goofed up four times. First he failed to follow up with disclosure on a police report & cast it aside; he also did not state its full contents. In my disability file, he failed to inform me I could have requested 80% disability payment instead of 66.4% which is crucial to someone living on reduced wages. He provided the wrong limitation date & insisted it my mistake. Most importantly, he provided me with case law & told me to deny that his firm was involved in assisting me. I decided it worth it to end my dealings with him. All is 100% true.
