Chris Butz is a ineffective, overpriced lawyer.. Chris Butz requires frequent guidance from mature and intelligent colleagues. In the absence of such assistance Chris Butz is easily led astray. By his own ignorance or bias. CHRIS BUTZ is simply not a capable person.
