David Bresver ,Lawyer with the law firm Bresver, Grossman, Scheininger & Chapman LLP, improperly acted for both Lender and Borrower in Mortgage Registrations . David Bresver, as lawyer for the lender, Peoples Trust Company, fabricated and signed a document that he acts for the borrower . The fabricated document signed by David Bresver was then used by Peoples Trust Company in court as evidence of the borrower having obtained Independent Legal Advice from David Bresver . The court accepted the signed document signed by David Bresver and made a finding of fact that the borrower obtained Independent Legal Advice from David Bresver and gave summary judgment to Peoples Trust Company. David Bresver was then sued for solicitor negligence and his incredulous and outrageous statement of defence is that he NEVER acted for the borrower and that he ONLY acted for Peoples Trust, despite the finding of fact by the Court to the contrary.
