David Mende needs a lesson on what a lawyer is supposed to do.. Didn't show up to court, nor did he call or answer his phone. Never returns calls, David Mende did not deal with issues in a timely manner. He should have been more forceful with the other lawyer, and offered some possibilities to get a quicker resolution. RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM MR. MENDE AS POSSIBLE. He is the most incompetent lawyer ever. He has no respect for the legal process and is in my opinion nothing but a joke.I could not recommend this office to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with David Mende, as well as Dale & Lessmann as a whole. We found he went above and beyond for our company, providing us with his upmost attention and superior work quality. We will continue to come back to David Mende if we are ever in need of any legal attention. Highly recommended lawyer.

We hired David Mende to defend us in a meritless case brought against us by our old friend and business partner, also a lawyer. He actually managed to lose this totally winnable case through negligence, inattention to detail, careless filing and preparation, lack of knowledge, and laziness. losing us our home, our retirement, and $500,000 in assets. David Mende also overbilled us thousands, and when we filed a negligence lawsuit against him, he claimed he was merely following our . Lawyers like David are financial terrorists.
