This lawyer represented me in a divorce some years back...i found her to be money hungry and i strongly feel she did not work for me..in the year she represented me she did not get me any alimony nor did she get any child support..she felt that the under $400 a month i was getting was enough..due to her putting my cause on the back burner i used up my inheritance to support my son and i..Inheritance that i will not get back..she knew this or should of known..I also received money back from her thru complaining to the courts..she was ordered to pay me back some money for she overcharged me.

All I can say is that I received excellent representation from Marie Nickle. She was referred to me by a friend who also received excellent service. I highly recommend her. She assisted me through a very difficult time.

Please do not retain this Lawyer!! She knows absolutely nothing about Family Law!! She absolutely is a GLORIFIED PARALEGAL! I retained her for her services and she completely lacked communication, was so disorganized and did not represent me and my issues at all in front of judge. Glad it was a conference and not a motion or I would have received court orders that would've put me in DAMAGE CONTROL for the rest of my life! There is a reason why she chooses to mediate as her forte(Legal Knowledge NONE WHATESOVER!), even "refereeing" she is no good at(bias towards other side). ... I paid her $15,000 FOR WHAT!! a few letter campaigns and one conference insomuch of which she had NO KNOWLEDGE OF MY ISSUES! in front of Judge. I WILL MOST LIKELY COMPLAIN TO L.S.U.C and BRING A MOTION FOR OVERBILLING!
