Robert burch is a terrible attorney and here is why: He takes on way too many clients and does not remember case details. He is purely focused on billing and not client outcomes. He doesn't give a hoot about client value and overcharged me to the extent that he was reported to the california state bar and we sued him. he has been sued several times all you have to do is search is name in the county court record search and you will see. He has a reputation for unethical billing and collection practices.

I had a similar bad experience with Attorney Robert Burch. He excessively overbills and draws out the case to achieve his personal agenda of additional legal fees. He offered little to any guidance or strategy. He was not respected by other attorney's who found him to be absolutely terrible to work with and continually questioned his value.
