Click to report rating    12/30/15   3     1     2     2     2   We used Tim Price for a real estate dispute. He produced a poorly written letter directed for the listing agent. He apologized for his work, and we wrote the letter for him to send. He discounted his fees, yet three attempts were needed for Tim to correctly calculate the final bill. We then chose to pursue the matter ourselves. The small claims process is simple, and we continued with our own properly drafted correspondence. The other side’s delays now cost them money. We were in no rush, so after a year we settled for an amount much higher than Tim ever anticipated. That led to a scene at the bank when the teller, surprised at the amount, asked if we worked for the real estate office. Our reply: “No, we sued them.” We had brief interactions with Tim, and we know we were never a priority as clients, which might explain for his work quality. He may be adequate for clients that matter to him. His office had a lot of turnover at the time, which may also have been a factor. RID: 163386
