I am going to court after 17 years for support arrears. after doing research on legal stuff. i started to find info about spousal support (i am the ex wife.. he is a deadbeat and unreliable)and pension payments when retiring . i started to get scared that he would come after me for spousal support or my pension that i earned after the divorce (when he retires). I dug up my separation agreement and Linda had me covered on all accounts. he can not come after me for spousal support or my pension that I worked hard for. Linda is the best. expensive but she goes for the gold. you get what you pay for. either pay for it now or pay for it later.
