One of the worse Lawyers I have ever dealt with in my life. She is unprofessional, rude and blames you. Most lawyers are like that but she takes a few notches up. I had taken out 2nd mortgage for my new home and she was my lawyer. But instead of helping me out she was helping the 2nd mortgage person. I later found out that the 2nd mortgage person had changed her Lawyer to Jia Junaid so she had her interest more than mine. Please i beg you stay away from this lawyer and get yourself somebody who actually cares about you. You’ve been warned.

Jia is extremely unprofessional in the way she communicated with me as her client as well as how she worked on my case. She always came off extremely aggressive if I ever questioned anything, she always acted like I owed her something or that she is doing me a favour when really she ended up screwing me over so badly which has caused me more problems. I honestly would not recommend her at all, and in fact am considering of going to the law society in regards to how she works.

Good lawyer settled my case so I didn’t loose my home. She fight tooth and nail for me and I really appreciate that about her. Not give up against mortgage enforcement law firm. Wish she returned my calls more only thing but I know she busy and in end I got what I wanted.

Wow! I think someone is out to get this lawyer! Lol seems like the same person is obsessed with her and keeps posting negative reviews. I found Jia to be nothing but exceptional - she is an awesome lawyer. I got it she is tough and can come across as brisk but she knows what she is doing. Saved my butt majorly on a private mortgage transaction by suing two sets of lawyers who were fraudulently charging me $20,000. They settled and thankfully I didn't have to go to court. It she is an absolute bad ass - love her and highly recommend her for real estate and litigation.

Simply amazing! It is hard to come across a lawyer who knows her stuff, is friendly, treats clients with respect, and gets results. Jia represented me in my home purchase with a builder and aggressively fought to have 12000 in penalties waived. I have would recommend her to everyone I know.
