Terrible lawyer, especially as a GAL. He knows my ex's family personally and lied to me and throughout his whole report and recommendation to the court. He put in maybe an hour worth of time for his whole "investigation" and as I found out later, he had his mind made up before we even got started. He also lied in court to try and make me look bad. He interviewed my children in the presence of their dad so that they were afraid to say anything. Not that it would have mattered, his report was 100% against me and full of lies and twisted comments. Both my kids stated they wanted to live with me and Davis told my children they were too young to know what they wanted (they were 8 and 14). He also recommended to the court that changing schools is bad for children, even though my son had begged to be enrolled in another school due to be bullied for several years.

Hire to function as a guardian at litum. His report stated that've during his interview with the caretakers, they told the children, "it would be all or nothing" when it came to the children attending school in another state with a sister or staying where they are. How he determined that this is considered a healthily environment ,and recommending the children are better off staying where they are is beyond stupid. That along with numerous other issues is why I would not recommend this individual
