I could believe his tactic. We (myself and 2 others) were doing a will dispute and we were suppose to have a discovery first so we could get better information but instead he decided for a meditation. They hired 2 professionals mediators and started to work on us relentlessly. They badgered us for over 6 straight hours and all total 10. I ask for him to put in a offer but he refused. He just had the mediators do more badgering. All of them would just go on and on a how we were going to lose if we went to court. Not like when we signed up with the law firm. He asked for my net worth and I asked for privacy. Then when he was badgering he blurted my net worth to other in our chat room. And when the other two gave in in told me he would not be my lawyer if I didn't go with the other 2. He is very unethical and of course mediation you don't record anything so he's allowed to do what he wants. What you abuses me and I am suppose to pay you for that? Stay far away form this guy.Bad news!
