I was in a car accident that was not my fault, zack England would not return calls in a timely manner. I went to his office for pre-trial only to find out that the trial had been postponed. He kept telling me that we shouldn't put my medical bills in due to the anchor theory. I paid 7800 out of pocket. We went to trial I got 4000 settlement, leaving me only 2700
