Recommend not to hire her or her firm. Misrepresents her knowledge and skills. She and her firm refuse to correct their own legal errors and also refuse to provide a refund when the lawyer ruins you case. When a paying client expresses dissatisfaction they will (Debra & Bulkley Richardson) do whatever they can to withdraw as counsel leaving the mess they created for the client. They don't like to be questioned about their actions, even when the court website provides conflicting information. Then, after they mess up and drag out the case and your cash begins to run low they will make up lies to use against the client to justify their request to the court to withdraw as counsel. Terrible, money focused lawyer & firm. This firm does NOT take responsibility for their lawyers or care about doing what is right. Save your money and find a different lawyer and firm. The firm also boasts about being the most expensive in the area. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS LAWYER OR FIRM.
