We went to Dallas W Hartman after my husband was rear ended by an 18 wheeler that ran a red light and hit the car so hard that it picked up the reared of the car and slammed his head into the roof of the car. BIG MISTAKE TO CHOOSE THIS LAW FIRM. When we didn't hear anything from them but started getting bills. I tried to reach the attorney they had us assigned to. They would only say he was no longer with the firm and initially offered no assistance with what had become of our case. Additional calls revealed they had transferred our case to another firm without our consent! When we finally received a tiny settlement, we discovered that BOTH attorney firms paid themselves for their pathetic level of representation. DONT BELIEVE THE COMMERCIALS. For the over year and a half it took to reach a settlement we had to pay every bill out of pocket.
