AMAZING lawyer!! My ex tried to sell our house without telling me, he was able to prevent that from happening and was able to get an order from the Court requiring him to give me half of the house PLUS costs!!

Asif is a class act, he doesn't come off as a typical lawyer who wants to get as many billable hours in as possible. He listened and then provided multiple options to move forward, some options meants less hours for him to bill. It's apparent that he's actually community focused and knows by treating the clients well, foregoing some money up front works well through referral business later. He's very good at cutting through the bs and getting to what will actually get the change you require. Highly recommended.

Very level headed, encouraged settlement outside of court, but we ended up in court anyways. Did a great job in court, definitely happy with the end result.

Getting a divorce was never what I wanted. I came from a difficult relationship and I was scared about how to proceed. Not only was it dealt with fairly and quickly, I felt safe and secure that I was being protected and my kids were safe. Wasn't over aggressive but didn't need to be in my case.

I paid over $2.5k on a fixed contract to cover me to my JDR. Now 6 months later and still no JDR date. Now he's dishonouring the contract we signed and refusing to do anything else until I sign a new contract at $300ph. Didn't get a single appearance from him nor any actual legal work. I don't even have the copies of all the letters he apparently sent to the opposing lawyers. HUGE waste of time and money, better off doing it yourself. Run away.
