AMAZING lawyer!! My ex tried to sell our house without telling me, he was able to prevent that from happening and was able to get an order from the Court requiring him to give me half of the house PLUS costs!!

Asif went above and beyond. He assisted in the sale of my home after my husband passed away and then the purchase of another. Communication was 100% and he was completely honest and straight forward on next steps.

Very level headed, encouraged settlement outside of court, but we ended up in court anyways. Did a great job in court, definitely happy with the end result.

I paid over $2.5k on a fixed contract to cover me to my JDR. Now 6 months later and still no JDR date. Now he's dishonouring the contract we signed and refusing to do anything else until I sign a new contract at $300ph. Didn't get a single appearance from him nor any actual legal work. I don't even have the copies of all the letters he apparently sent to the opposing lawyers. HUGE waste of time and money, better off doing it yourself. Run away.
