Very poor communication. Did not have the title work completed at closing. Did not research the deed prior to THE DAY OF CLOSING. VERY expensive..

Dealt with this office for real estate purchase. Very cold, impersonal and hurried. Poor communication. Tried to find out estimate of costs but no return calls, only voice mail. Don't even know who we met with to sign paperwork. We assumed it was the lawyer and found out at the end of the meeting it wasn't. Our concerns were just brushed off. We were presented will a $1,000 bill for virtually nothing, a title change. Would definitely not recommend.
