Attorney Cummings has ZERO passion for his clients and maybe humans! Cummings bribed me to remove his review or he would not retrieve my PPD back pay! I believe this to be ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL! He is very rude will not consult with you throughout your process, makes his own desperate decisions on YOUR final outcome of your case. His office of misinformed, misguided, uncommitted, disrespectful crew is absolutely absurd! They will treat you as if you are SCUM off the street, not answer your calls or emails and instead will constantly continue to harass you with blocked numbers asking for his money if he does not get it. Attorney Cummings has been sitting on 4 checks of mine and states that it is Comps fault highly doubtful. He will continue to lie to your face while you lose your home and tell you he does not care about that only about his 20 % of each check . His words “Your financial situation is not my problem or my concern, I’m only concerned about my fee “! ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL!!!
