I hired this lawyer in a family type case. He had me come in 45 minutes before trial. It just so happened that I bought my notes with me prior to trial. He was running around like a chicken with his head off copying my notes. He then used them as exhibits in the trial. He never once prepared me, nor rehearsed anything. In addition, he needs to attend toastmasters because he has limited knowledge of speaking. He was ill-prepared, unorganized, and lacks client communication skills. If you want to have a chance of having your side challenge the opponent, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
