He is very caring, professionsl, friendly and knowledgeable and an expert in his legal knowledge. His English is perfect. Very excellent lawyer.

Good lawyer. Very knowledgeable. I looked for him to handle some legal papers of changing titles, changing bank mortgage etc. He was very fast and very detailed. I'll definitely recommend. He has a nice office right across Grant Macewan close to downtown. Was very easy for transportation. I will find him to do other legal papers in the future if there's any need.

I have been working with Colin Chew and Sarah for nearly 3 years now. If Colin Chew wasn't available (like any good, busy lawyer), Sarah was always willing to spend the time to answer any questions she was able to, or if she couldn't she would have Colin phone me as soon as he was available. I never felt like I was left in the dark or that they didn't care, they were both incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I read the above bad review and I couldn't disagree more (having worked with them for years, opposed to a couple months). I feel I was in great hands and that my case mattered. Colin was realistic with me and didn't sugar coat anything, which I always very much appreciated. I would recommend this team! They work great together for their clients.

I would recommend Mr. Chew's office to anybody dealing with divorce that involves kids. He and his assistant made it clear and easy to understand the process and helped me lots in my case. Email and phone calls were always answered quickly and friendly. He listened to what I had to say and respected my decisions anytime.

He was a fair lawyer who was able to successfully represent my case and was able to provide me with correct and accurate information and facts pertaining to my matter.

I was assigned this lawyer and after only 2 visits (he was late both times) I had to request a change. I didn't feel like he had any respect for me and said many times "I don't know if you're telling the truth" even though I had documents backing my statements. He requested a bunch of documents from me which I emailed him in correct order and the following day he phoned to yell at me as to why I emailed them to him instead of sending them by courier. I told him I had no money to send them like that and that he never specified except to say he wanted the documents. He was worse to deal with than my ex who is old school but Mr. Chew topped him. He is definitely beyond retirement age and maybe he should pack it in because I personally feel he certainly doesn't have any respect for his clients nor does he believe in their cases. He also dislikes to be asked questions and won't answer them. In the end he charged me an arm and a leg for doing absolutely nothing on my file.
