he never answer his emails or phone calls and I wonder if he knows what he is supposed to do as a lawyer at all

I was assigned this lawyer and after only 2 visits (he was late both times) I had to request a change. I didn't feel like he had any respect for me and said many times "I don't know if you're telling the truth" even though I had documents backing my statements. He requested a bunch of documents from me which I emailed him in correct order and the following day he phoned to yell at me as to why I emailed them to him instead of sending them by courier. I told him I had no money to send them like that and that he never specified except to say he wanted the documents. He was worse to deal with than my ex who is old school but Mr. Chew topped him. He is definitely beyond retirement age and maybe he should pack it in because I personally feel he certainly doesn't have any respect for his clients nor does he believe in their cases. He also dislikes to be asked questions and won't answer them. In the end he charged me an arm and a leg for doing absolutely nothing on my file.
