IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with! Does NOT respond to messages! FAILED to 're-affirm' on TWO very important accounts (including our mortgage), despite our WRITTEN instructions. Now, 2 yrs later, we discover that we have only been 'voluntarily' making payments to these accounts! Lenders now have the right to foreclose, while we have NO protections! PLUS, lenders CANNOT report good standings to credit bureaus! We CANNOT re-establish credit history UNLESS we reopen the case ($260 + lawyer fees)! FAILED US MISERABLY!
