I hired Richard Chizever,and got NO results! I paid him and all he did was file a motion, he never scheduled a hearing. He blatantly lied, and said that I told him not to schedule a hearing. Why would anyone pay so much money to file a motion and not go any further!? This attorney is arrogant, he lies, and treats you as if you work for him. Unethical ! He is limited with communication, I would have to forward my messages several times before getting a response. Richard , spoke several times to the other party and never advised me on their conversations. Again, who works for who!? He basically took my money and ran. I am In the process of filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. Do not hire this attorney unless you’re ok giving your money away.
