I don't know where to begin. I wish I had read all these reviews before we hired her. They are all accurate and representative of our experience. No communication, never prepared, forgets everything, allergic to emails, made such a mess of our case it's actually beyond repair. We finally fired her and moved on to another lawyer. Never in my life could I have imagined such incompetence existed. Retirement should have happened 20 years ago.

I hired Wendy to help me gain more access and custody of my child. She refused to use email and screwed up my financial disclosure so bad that I was put into a court order. She fired me without a reason which forced me to represent myself. She is old and should think about retiring. She screwed everything up. Very unprofessional.

Wendy made an absolute mess of our case. She was never prepared for court, would show up late and had no memory of anything discussed. It was frankly embarrassing. We're not a legal aid case. Paying full price only to have to chase her down constantly because she wouldn't return calls or emails. She always made us feel like we were bothering her. Listening to her talk crap about the CAS workers was so unprofessional. You could tell other lawyers had no respect for her and we're simply walking all over her. What a horribly painful experience.

Wendy seldom returned calls or emails. She would show up to court without reading briefs or having any knowledge about her clients wants or needs. She agreed to terms and details without confirming with her client and in turn created a larger mess than before she was hired.
