In Federal Court Case T-1070-07 dated Sep 11, 2013 failed to act for his client best interest. 1) by working for the other party, BJEC and Tal. covering up a lucrative company defendant TaL AMI, Israel founded by Montreal BJEC Non Profit executive Director Shlomo Shimon before Hearing and manifested on Examination of Discovery, filed in Court on April 1st 2009. 2) by failing to debate a pointed point from Shlomo Shimon Examination for Discovery dated May 22, 2008, page 9, Exhibit 9 filed in Court April 1st 2009, with admission on "being clear about the 100% commercial use", on top of the admission on contaminating evidences along proceedings. 3) To make me sign an Affidavit to enter later a false statement, Re Dr. Goof Li partial tracks which where no proof is manifesting it was served, and Judge Rennie administrated the matter as planed, and was promoted for it, in order to save the Defendants from contamination of Court. A case subject to Rule 399.2 (a)(b. All are FACTS.
