Richard Chatelain is the worst lawyer I have ever had to deal with. He has zero ethics. He colluded with the other party and worked against my case causing me to lose my daughter to a child abuser and psychopath. Chatelain has zero integrity and never answers the calls or emails unless he needs you to sign something which is in the favour of the opposing party. He is constantly complaining that he is busy and working too much on the case when the fact is he is working against your case. Avoid this lawyer at allllll costs. He is only after your money and does not care about anyone’s interests but his own. Corrupted and dishonest is an understatement to describe this individual.

Works against client he is there to book as many hours as he can never hire him! He is 100% on CAS side he will make a simple case last years! we ere filing a complaint with the Ontario law society against him
