Norman Epstein has given two elderly people with dementia very bad advice, drawing up powers of attorney for them, but refusing to recognise their needs in not triggering these powers of attorney, when it is clear that they are no longer capable of managing their affairs. In the meantime, the elderly couple are living in squalor with unpaid bills. They think Norman Epstein is looking after them, when in fact, he is not helping them at all. In fact, when Norman Epstein was sent doctor's assessments showing the diagnosis of dementia and cognitive impairment, he showed them to the elderly couple distressing them needlessly. In fact, he refuses to communicate with the family, so much so that the family has had to hire a family health lawyer. The tenacity rating is because he has refused all efforts with communication for several months, including refusing registered letters.

This lawyer cost me $15,000 with his unethical advice. My new lawyer was in shock when I told her my story. She said that my litigation has been the talk of he town amongst other lawyers. & how Mr Epstein was a bumbling fool. Avoid him at all costs.
