i had a 400 lb safe fall on me at work. this man said he would take care of me. he got me a mere $50 grand of which 25k i have to pay back and they have attached my check, and 25k that is for the surgery i have to have done. so, in other words, he got me NOTHING... and when i confronted him about it, he said i was being negative. i am 60 years old and have had many attorneys in my life but this guy is the worst attorney around... if someone refers this guy to you... RUN in the other direction. so now, the state of maryland is taking HALF of my retirement check to pay back the first 25k.
