Jim is a trustworthy guy; he helped me get through the most difficult time in my life honestly and without being a shady slimy lawyer. Jim has been a tremendous support to me through my separation divorce and custody process. He joked with me when I needed a laugh; he talked to me calmly and patiently when I didn’t deserve it. Jim was honest with me through everything and told me the facts (nicely) even when I didn’t want to hear it. He’s a straight shooter and does things the right way – which always turns out in your favor. He’s thoughtful and understanding, empathetic and loyal. Jim is a great guy- HUGE heart; he cares and wants the best for his people. Have patients, the process takes longer than you might think but he will carry you though the whole way. I love this guy and highly recommend him for either a mediator or lawyer.

I liked him. I had trouble with lawyers in the past and I didn't trust them. He is very straight forward and blunt but there's something very trustworthy about him. His rates are decent (not cheap but what lawyer is) and he explains his billing when asked.
