Does not have the best interests of her clients at heart. Repeatedly told me that the insurance company was not my friend. Failed to mention that she was not my friend either. I found she worked with the insurance company to scare me into accepting the settlement that was offered - even though it was not really in my best interest to do so. The insurance company and Ms. Gagnon walked away from negotiations with smiles on their faces - while I walked away feeling fleeced. I would recommend looking for a lawyer who is truly working for you - and not just themselves. Isn´t that what why we hire them.
