WORST lawyer and law firm in Montreal. STAY AWAY! High fees for little service. Benizri pawns you off to junior lawyers and never makes a personal appearance in court for you. He's great to answer calls and texts because he's billing you for those, but the work is done by sub-par juniors from his firm with a pretty face. Their best talent is running after you for more and more money while not getting anything done. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.

This review is concerning JAMIE BENIZRI. He attempted to trick us into ‘irrevocably’ signing a paper agreeing to charge exorbitant fees. Once called out on it, he brought his fee down by over 50%. (which was still too much) He was very nervous, coercive, and unprofessional throughout this process. Stay away from this clown.

Jamie Benizri Legal Logik was hired June 2013 to obtain my 50% of my mother's estate who died in 2009 in Montreal. Jamie Benizri represented that he would recover attorney fees from two previous lawyers; took me to a trial which should have been postponed since I had a medical excuse not to be present; went ahead with trial wihout my presence, the trial was unnecessary to which afterwards he walked away from the case and refused to communicate with me. Jamie Benizri billed me and caused me large sums of legal fees.There was a lack of communication; attorney Benizri is dishonest; did not represent his client; never obtained my share of the estate (50%) and never recovered attorney fees that he represented he would recover. I do not recommend Attorney Benizri for any legal matters.

After feeling neglected by another lawyer I contacted Jamie Benizri and he and his team at Legal Logik took the time needed to listen to all of my questions and help me with my issue. I am very happy with their personal approach and their professionalism and abilities were notable throughout my experience with them. Highly recommend!
