I reschedule my appointment 2 weeks in advanced and they called me to see if I was going to show up for my old appointment.
On my re-schedule date, they cancel the appointment without notifying me. I wasted 80min of driving to there and back home, and my mother day of wage pay.

Contacted this firm about a prenuptial agreement. They had me fill out their intake forms and retainer agreement. They stopped responding to me after that. Never responded to my emails or messages I left on their phone. This was with the Mississauga branch I believe. I suppose their low prices were too good to be true.

I worked with the lawyer's office for the house that I bought.The lawyer and all of his team are professional, friendly, and accurate.

He used my money in trust account without informing me any information about the bill. Never met him but his partner only though I arranged meeting with him twice. Will make a claim to take back my money,

Firstly I would like to say that after reading the reviews here I knew I would never go to them. But I couldn’t spend the whole fortune on lawyers and their price was pretty awesome too and a very close friend went to this firm and had a great experience while purchasing the house. So I took this step with a big gulp. I’m happy to say that I did. The process was smooth and the lawyer was accessible easily. I had to purchase a house and each and every step was guided by the friendly staff. The lawyer always called back whenever I inquire to talk to him personally. I do want to mention that I was a bit of a bother as was calling them quite often as I was scared about the whole process. But they made sure that on each call they gave me every little info I required, patiently. I would recommend them to everyone. And I’m glad I didn’t go by the reviews here and chose them.

I am going through the process for the closing of a home and purchase of a new one. I can say I am very happy thus far, especially at the speed in which the firm got back to my request for support; we had a last minute ask they they were easily able to accommodate. I also appreciate their price transparency.

You get what you pay for. We hired his law firm for our new home closing. Never met the lawyer for signing the documents. Which is illegal according to our bank. This lawyer is not professional and seems to be running a factory operation. Stay clear not worth it even if he will do your closing for free!!!

I used this law office for purchase of a house and dealing with the office was the worst and most stressful part of the whole process. To be fair, I never met the lawyer himself and only dealt with the incompetent office manager (Mississauga). There was zero communication from the start and was initially questioned as to why I was following up about my client intake form when I never received any confirmation about it. When we finally met for signing the documents, the paperwork was incomplete and missing attachments that I was supposed to review and confirm before signing. The
property was spelled incorrectly (should have been warned as there were also typos on the website), and nothing was clearly explained unless prompted and questioned. As I was reviewing the paperwork, he seemed more interested in checking his phone and chewing his gum. I've never been met with such lack of professionalism before. Stay far away from this place if you want any peace of mind during the process.

Worst lawyer ever. Did not read my file, in court couldn't answer any questions, didn't use any material such as 70D or financials in court. Bill me for work my previous lawyer already did. Wouldn't return my calls...yet continued to cash my cheques every month. After 5 months of doing nothing his assistance acknowledged he lied and was not working on my file.. At that point he offered a refund and I am still waiting for that refund!

Bought a house and they represented us. No communication unless we called to find out what was going on. Issues with the new house that we had to resolve ourselves, at our cost, because they did nothing. Quick to blame the client for a "terrible attitude" any time we called to find out why they were doing nothing. Unprofessional looking and acting. They were recommended by our real estate agent, who was excellent. Had we known what Shaikh was like, or known about this site, we NEVER would have used them. Absolutely do not recommend this firm. They seem to have a number of 5 star ratings with zero explanation. Based on our experience, they are highly suspect, IMO.
