Some people aren’t self aware. Scot is as decent as they get. Honest, smart and creative. Wish I had talked to him first.

Scot is a master at running up the bill and continuing the fight. Scot lies and misrepresents the situation for his own continued billing. Horrible lawyer and horrible person. Just ask his EX wife! Definitely not the guy you want on your side.

I hired Scot to represent me in my divorce after I fired my first lawyer who not only poorly handled my case but also intentionally undermined my position in the negotiations and wasted a lot of my money and time. Scot is knowledgeable, practical, assertive without being confrontational and is in effect a collaborative lawyer who will litigate on your behalf as a last resource and only if required. I found Scot to be a competent lawyer and a conscientious human being. He helped me save significant amounts of legal fees compared to my first lawyer who although had a long list of reported cases on her website, ended up being an unethical and dishonest person. I highly recommend Scot to any father like myself that needs legal representation in a divorce or any mother for that matter, makes no difference. Scot's personal assistant and all the support staff in firm that I dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommended.
