He was responsible for managing our mothers estate and he made major financial errors that were simple accounting calculations that he should have known better and that cost the estate. He failed to provide documentation failed to communicate in a reasonable period of time. Beneficiaries hired their own lawyer to address his failure to provide service. Dont hire him.

Trying to settle an simple estate and he will not return my emails or call. It has been six months sense the women died and I can even get into see the bank because he will no get the original will to them. I have tried to contact him the last four months and I had to call them he brushed me off and didn't do what he said he would. Do yourself and your loved ones a favour and get someone else.

William Procter told my uncle that my grandmother was adding people to her will the person she added was her daughter that no one knew she had so William and my uncle had the will rewritten into my uncle's name screwing the whole family out of the will my grandmother had dementia and legally could not change her will this guy is absolute scum

Poor communication, asked to partion and sell my dad's house and 6 months still nothing, hard to get in touch with and doesn't respond to emails or voicemail

I am sorry to have to give someone such a poor rating. I asked Mr. Procter to make up a power of attorney for me and he simply took a template and filled in my name and other info in the blanks. He probably had a clerk do this and didn't even check it. I could have gone online and got a blank form if I wanted a generic POA. There were typo errors also. He spoke to me in the waiting room, relating my personal information in front of others. He is just unprofessional and bored with his job. He just doesn't care about his clients or take pride in his work.
