It is my opinion that Niceta Bradburn failed to meet the normal standard of care in my grandson's custody case. She failed address and/or act on my son's concerns. Both she and the "expert" she recommended seem to be driven by an agenda rather than by the facts of the case and the well being of a child. All legal and disciplinary recourse is being explored at this time. Stay far away from this KAREN! I think she seriously needs a SHRINK!

I used her since she was less expensive. She was not prepared and was afraid of the other attorney who was much better in court. Niceta was scattered and not prepared and stuttering. I can tell the judge did not listen as much to her as the other one. I would go to office and I could hear her loud voice discussing other clients and complaining about things. does she discuss my case with others? Go with a higher priced and better attorney so you do not lose your rights!
