When things were looking dismal thru no fault of our own, Charlene and the lawyers DID EVERYTHING in their power to ensure we closed on our home. A stressful situation was made bearable thanks to this office and I recommend them for your needs.

We used this office when we purchased our house 2 years ago and when Mr Woitzik was there it was great - straight-forward and all details handled expertly. Now that he is less involved with his office, the service is terrible. The staff and lawyers lack attention to details. When we sold our house (since they were already familiar with us and with our file), we went back here and they made huge errors in our documents and financial payout amounts. They can't even do simply math and luckily I caught their mistakes. The worst part is nobody seems in a hurry to correct their errors. Stay away/buyer beware. Happy to say we don't have to deal with them again.

Very good real estate lawyer. Level of service has improved since change of ownership. Mr. Polsinelli handled my closing efficiently and communicated very clearly throughout the process. Have already recommended to all of my associates.

We would definitely recommend the services of this law firm for all of your real estate and personal will needs. The new ownership team lead by Marco Polsinelli delivered us with a seamless and professional transaction for our recent real estate closing. The staff were extremely pleasant and prompt and replied to each of our requests. By far, this law firm was the best we have ever dealt with.
