If you are looking for a family law lawyer who is scrupulously honest,ethical and a fierce advocate for your best interests,Andrew is your man. In my support case, Andrew's knowledge of the law was in my opinion far better than opposing counsel who had been practicing family law far longer. He doesn't waste your time ormoney by unnecessary communication with you or the other side. He hates to lose which means he's tenacious when arguing your case. I always felt he really cared about me and my cause more than a big pay cheque. I did edit his correspondence before it was sent out on my behalf because he has a tendency to use obscure legalese at times. Andrew is the guy you want in your corner!
My experience was outstanding. What should have been a rather open and close situation, by no fault of Andrews, became a drawn out mess. Through this, he continued to prove why he was the right choice.
From the start to finish, he was respectful of my budget, creating full transparency along with options for every action taken. He kept me centered and focused on the goal of resolving the matter. His depth and understanding of the law, and more importantly how the court system viewed and considered every action, response, document or interaction kept us at an advantage far above the opposing council through the entire process.

I was nervous and stressed about initiating divorce proceedings and during my initial consultation meeting with Mr. Morrison, I found him to be very understanding and easy to talk to, while also being very knowledgeable and professional. Andrew worked hard on my behalf and was successful in getting the best possible settlement for me (better than I ever expected), despite my situation being very complicated. I was fortunate to find Andrew through a referral for my divorce. Very straight forward lawyer with clear points, explained all in detail to my situation. First, I did not understand many legal terms but Andrew was very patient to explain until I understood all the conditions. Still for most parts I had to leave Andrew in-charge in trust to take care until my matter was fully resolved.
His legal fees are also very reasonable. I received hour free consultation which he explained upfront (or at-least approx.) so I knew my financial obligations. However, I had delays due to incomplete work done by the other party. At the end of the day, I am happy that I am secured, not have to worry about this problem going forward.

I'm so grateful that a friend recommended Andrew when I was first separated. From the start, Andrew urged me not to litigate a matter I felt was important at the time, while in crisis. This was during our initial consultation and I know Andrew could have used that opportunity to make promises, but he is too honest. Andrew knew that my odds of winning on this issue in court would be low, the cost high, and he also advised that in time, the matter I wanted to litigate would not seem as important. He was right. Aside from his tremendous financial expertise, his commitment to service and strong negotiation skills, he is also a voice of reason. He won't take advantage of your instability but will only offer advice that is truly in the best interests of you and your children. In very few months, he negotiated an agreement that was fair and thorough - airtight, even. I only wish I had more friends getting divorced so I could recommend him more often! Trust Andrew. Wonderful service. Took the time to explain the issues to me and understand how the law applied to my situation. When drafting my agreement he explained why certain provisions are included to address future changes and avoid significant legal fees when certainty guaranteed events occur (like our daughter going away to university). I hired Mr. Morrison in the fall of 2017 for a motion to change in a divorce which had been settled 8 years prior (with another lawyer). Andrew gave me an initial consultantation where he explained clearly what he could do; it was not easy since I retained him in the middle of a complicated motion, which I had been trying to deal with it myself. I have to say Andrew took the stress out of the case for me from the get go and allowed me to relax, always answering my questions. His office always dealt with all the requirements in a timely fashion. Andrew is consciencious, thorough and tenacious. Though it became a long matter and turned into a long motion (none of it his fault) in the end, I won the motion on every point; Andrew presented very compelling arguments and the judge could not disregard them. I would recommend him and Morrison Williams to anyone going through separation or divorce. No only was he professional, knowledgeable and hard working, he taught me a lot along the way.

WARNING! Stay away from this lawyer at all costs!... This lawyer comes across as intelligent and professional but nothing can be further from the truth. He will spend your money recklessly and fail you in court. When things get too complicated he will ditch you and take your money and run. Please learn from my experience and find another lawyer. He also left the law firm he was representing after he cut off communication with me when I confronted him about his ethics. You are hiring a lawyer that will probably decide what the rest of your life will be! Considering this was my second divorce, family law was not new to me and I wanted a lawyer who would give good value for the money spent on legal fee. Don't let his young looks confuse you. When we went to our court dates Mr. Morrison handle himself in a professional manner, his knowledge about family law was impressive. He was aggressive when he needed to be. I remember the opposition tried to control Mr. Morrison and i was so impressed the way he came back and made the other lawyer freeze in his tracks, this is when i realized he was fighting for my son and his tenacity was outstanding. His communication was top notch, even to the point where he would advise me on my emotional state and to persuade me to readjust my attitude and behavior in front of the courts. The cost for the service that Mr. Morrison's provided was well worth it.I think he was fair with all the pricing and billing.
