Terrible lawyer. Doesn’t respond to email, text or phones calls, rarely speaks on your behalf in chambers and when he does it’s riddled with mistakes and the opposite of your instruction. Could see plain as day that my ex was posturing to take full custody by assigning child care in his home and still didn’t fight for an even shared parenting split. Admitted that he suspected that was what my ex was attempting to do but did nothing to stop it, even with the help of children’s counsel stating the child did not want to be spending that much time at his father’s. As a result I have a parenting order that favours my ex and have since had to retain other counsel to clean up his mess. Stay clear of this lawyer.

I have been dealing with Timothy Corcoran for a simple open and closed divorce and child custody;Absolutely the worst lawyer I've encountered. Refused to understand my case; however his professionalism regarding communicating with his client is seriously lacking and should be investigated by the bar. I do not and would not recommend this lawyer.would not return calls, made stuff up, would not communicate and as a result he harmed my situation irrevocably.
