Sarah drafted a kick ass response submissions letter to my violent ex's application for costs on 3 court appearances to do with an assault on me witnessed by our children.(Crazy to me that our justice system entertains a perpetrator asking for costs from his victim?!) She not only argued that this misconduct was unacceptable, but she backed up our stance with strong statements and law such as "Silence is not evidence of an admission" and "family violence has clearly occurred" She very distinctly laid out that If all EPO Respondent’s took this extraordinary step it would undermine the entire EPO regime. Sarah is my super hero, she advocated for me, by protecting the vulnerable victim and is doing her part to put bad guys in their place and preventing further family violence and judicial abuse! ThanK you Sarah :)

Had her as an EPO lawyer and not only did she not argue for me and my child's safety but she didn't argue not to have the ex still have access to a garage on the property I am living at, even though I explained to her that he was lying about how far it was to the house and that it was not fully separate and fenced off from the rest of the yard like he was claiming. She didn't argue for anything. He was able to get and still has access to the property where I live with my child and uses this access to "legally" stalk us.

Sarah Dargatz worked for legal aid and now belongs to a firm. The problem with Sarah is she sits on your file forever and then tries "damage control" in a short period of time. I was charged over and over for emails to my exs lawyer which resulted in nothing but additional charges. She waited almost 5 years to do anything.

This lawyer was good at EPOs in which anyone can win by saying "keep him away, it's unsafe", but now she has moved into her new practice and doesn't have a clue about the rest of family law. Will take your money and your time instead of looking up policies that don't reflect what she is even fighting for. Save your money and do it yourself.

Sarah is simply amazing. She wasn't assigned as duty council for the day I was in a hearing for a restraining order but with the judges request, she jumped on board and was extremely helpful. She put my ex's lawyer in his place while maintaining professionalism! She got me pretty much everything I was asking for. The stars aligned for me by fluke and i am so grateful because this woman understands domestic violence! And won't push a victim into a mutual restraining order unless there is mutual violence. I would use Sarah in a heartbeat again!

Wonderful lawyer. She went above and beyond in my EPO matter. My child and I are alive, happy and safe because of her and EPS. She is knowledgeable and understanding regarding Domestic Violence.

Stay away from this lawyer. She be barred from even practicing law. Sara works for legal aid, takes 50 cases on the same time and do nothing. She only represents your case or makes backdoor deals with the other side.
