A. H. Graham is a defense atty hired by Wal~Mart to destroy IW claim validity. My experience of him: he re-writes my medical records to promote claim clo-sure. He re-writes my mechanism of in-jury to promote claim closure. He sub-orned during 2015 BIIA WA state; coach-ed 2 MD witnesses. 1 witness was my sur-geon, 1st seen 7.24.12 after waiting 15 mo. 4 proper discovery-treatment of bi-lateral rotator cuff multiple partial- full labral tears, cervical strain. Wal ~Mart mgment mandate, STOP USING SHOP-PING CARTS, THEY BELONG TO CUSTOMER.I'm the transport tool (as is every assoc-iate now). All retail uses these (food-soft/hard lines, automotive, etc.)I was temporarily in apparel on restrictions from a previous untreated Maisonneuve which occurred at Wal~Mart. Stocker po-sition requires both hands to be free to work safely. Now 1 arm is isolated as a transport tool, other arm trying to fold, hang, p/u trip hazards. Both witnesses perjured by his suborning. Trying to get decision reviewed.
