Maria was responsive on the first call but fell apart with her communication after that.Calls and emails went unanswered.I did receive one text apologizing and that she had been in court for a few days but would be free in the afternoon and would call right away. No call was received. A followup call and message left 2 and 3 days later went unanswered. Cleary she is unfamiliar with the word professional and client service. Happy that I experienced her pathetic communication skills prior to handing over her fee. If you are that busy Maria hire some help don't just leave potential clients hanging in the air. I don't know how you are still in business with that kind of service.
