Ms. McRae positions herself as an advocate for domestic violence victims, yet she accepts clients who are in fact well documented domestic abusers. I feel it necessary to share my experience so that others putting trust in her understand that she does not hold true to her exposed beliefs. I found her to be extremely unprofessional - no shows at depositions, late (and laughable) submissions for discovery, sending substitute lawyers for motion hearings, extremely late filings to the court, non-responsive to almost every communication, lying to her client, lying to my attorney, to the judge. Perhaps this was because she didn't have much to work with given her clients issues, but she took him on regardless, though their attempts to gain custody were unsuccessful. She has cultivated a reputation but - she accepted and defended an abuser. His money is green, and that's what mattered. If you want to trust an attorney is on your side as a victim of domestic violence, this isn't the one.

This lawyer encourages her clients to lie, to believe in their lies. She is never prepared to be in court, she always has an excuse why her emails response are late. She technically makes believe her clients that they are right when they are completely wrong.

Arrives to court late. Submits evidence late. If she responds, it is late. Lies on filings to the court, lies to the judge and lies to her clients. Skips scheduling hearings. Recently, her firm has had to remove her from cases because she will not take the necessary steps to finalize a case.

Displayed no professional courtesy, got her and her client stating lies in court. She screams in the courtroom interrupts constantly no respect given to the court procedures. Encourages client to lie when evidence shows wrong doing. File show cause rules and doesn't show up waste clients time. Bias toward men clients and encourages clients to fabricate domestic abuse charges which are lies. Especially when the police states there is no evdenice
