His firm has been "working" on my daughters case for 2 years and they keep giving us the run a round. No one wants to do their job, even after he personally promised to take care of it, he still had another attorney recently upset my daughter and tell her that she was out of luck and her medical bills would not be covered. This was after Mr. West sent her back to the doctor. Mr. West told me he was doing some research on the case and would get back to us, then the other attorney told her that she would have to do the research herself and we keep getting two different stories. No one knows what they are doing and the accident wasn't even my daughters fault. It should have been an easy case. Steer clear of this firm.
