I’m surprised by some of these comments. I was referred to Ericka by a coworker. He had dealt with a similar case to mine in that court actions had been started but we ended up removing our cases from court and reaching agreements. She usually answered my questions promptly and was easy to talk to so I would use her again if needed.

Don't WASTE your TIME or MONEY, she drags her feet in getting questions asked or answered, and I mean by years, yes YEARS. She is a flake, after dragging me around for 4 years of hope I finally fired her, hired another lawyer and my case was RESOLVED the following week out of court as it should have been to begin with. If you're reading this Erika I'm sure you know who I am unless this is how you treat everyone and according to your reviews I'm not the only idiot who signed up with you. I feel sorry for any clients who have her under a retainer at this time. My only advice is count your loss now, fire her before you waste more money, hire a professional lawyer, it's your right don't let the system fool you like she almost got away with me.... by the way this was a family law case incase you were interested.

She knew what she was talking about which I appreciated after a bad experience with another lawyer. They're a bit expensive, but got the job done.

She never did anything I asked..paid 20,000 for nothing...don't waste your time or money..cuz they take your money and don't do anything for it..burning your money will do more for you with the heat then anything
