Mr. Avis came highly recommended, that was my first mistake. The proceedings dragged on and on with constant 'paperwork' issues including losing key documents. He completely dropped the ball when we finally got to court and went along with whatever the opposing counsel wanted. Every meeting seemed like starting over because he didn't seem to remember what was discussed previously. He didn't follow through on a number of promises causing me serious legal problems (more than I had already). It will take me years to undue the damage Mr. Avis has done to my family with his incompetence and arrogance.
