People's negative reviews are great! They are all from opposing side! Kathleen is in the family court because she cares. She works hard for low conflict resolution. I have been impressed with how she has handled the referrals I have sent her!

She represented my former husband in our divorce. It was like watching a character on a sitcom. Her over the top eye rolls and with dramatic hems and haws were fascinating to witness. She did not like mediation and prefers litigation.

Kathleen was hired by my husband to represent him over two years ago. When we decided to reconcile, the attorney that I had hired promptly removed himself from the case. Kathleen however, has kept her name associated with this case for over 2 years. Not sure why...didn't want to do the paperwork to remove herself I am assuming. Now that my husband and I have decided to part ways once again, she will not tell me one way or the other whether she will be representing him. It is incredibly unprofessional. Due to this flaky behavior, I would not recommend her.

Threatened us when her client did not agree with the court order. Filed restraining orders based on lies to try and get her client what she wanted without going back to family court and risk losing her child support and alimony. Dismissed those RO once she realized she wouldn't get them. Continued to harass and threaten if we continued to follow the court order. Yelled and cussed outside of courtroom in the presence of young children telling their parents how they should be ashamed and that they are horrible parents.
