Robert was a great lawyer. He represented my son during his case, and he did absolutely everything possible. Robert tried to negotiate with the prosecutor, but they did not want to negotiate. Instead, he had to go to trial, and we won the trial. It took a long time to get to trial, but I understand that the Courts are backlogged. My only complaint is that Robert was hard to get a hold of during the day. He was always in Court it seemed. But he did call me back that same day, every time. Overall I would recommend Robert Kraska as a knlwoedgable and effective lawyer who protects his client's rights.
